Dr. Heike Piasecki

Dr. Heike Piasecki is branch manager in Munich. As a division lead, she is responsible for the analysis of residential and service properties.

Her work focuses on location assessments, real estate market analyses and utilisation recommendations, especially for residential, service properties and conversion projects, as well as empirical market research. Dr Heike Piasecki is a lecturer at the Biberach Academy and the IREBS. She has been a member of the Association Council of the German Association for Housing, Urban Development and Spatial Planning since 2013 and spokesperson for the ZIA South Regional Board since February 2021.
