bulwiengesa joins Scout24 group

bulwiengesa is restructuring its management team and setting the course for its next phase of growth. Since April, a three-member leadership team consisting of Sven Carstensen, Kristian Reinhold, and Felix Embacher has taken the helm of the company.

Under this new structure, the core business areas of consulting, data, and research, as well as strategic development, will be jointly managed and further expanded. A particular focus is on close integration with the Scout24 ecosystem.

Sven Carstensen represents continuity in leadership and brings extensive experience, particularly in commercial real estate and the investment market. Felix Embacher, who has been with the company for many years, has extensive experience in research and consulting. Kristian Reinhold complements the management team with extensive expertise in the platform economy and is driving forward strategic development and integration into the Scout24 ecosystem in particular.

The goal of the new management team is to further strengthen the combination of a robust data foundation, analytical expertise, and strategic consulting, and to offer clients even more integrated solutions across the entire real estate value chain.
